3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

4.3. Risk of loss and title for items passes to you when the order is handed over to the carrier.

4.4. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by you.

5. Returns, Refunds & Non-Refundable Policy

5.1. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our mastectomy bras, inserts, and related products, all sales are final.

5.2. Our products are non-returnable and non-refundable for:

• Change of mind;

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer;

• General wear and tear after use.

5.3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
