Shipping Policy

At Aurelia Mastectomy Bra, we want your order to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our online store.

1. Order Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • During busy periods (sales, holidays, new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Processing time is separate from the shipping/delivery time shown at checkout.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada to:

  • Canada: All provinces and territories

If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at sales@aureliamastectomybra.com and we’ll let you know if we can arrange a special shipment.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected shipping speed

Common options may include:

  • Standard shipping – economical option with estimated delivery in [3–9 business days within Canada]

  • Expedited shipping – faster option where available

You will see available methods and prices before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (after your order has been processed) are:

  • Within Canada: approximately [3–9 business days], depending on location and carrier

These are estimates only. Delays can occur due to:

  • Weather and natural events

  • Carrier backlogs

  • Customs inspections (for international shipments)

  • Other factors outside our control

We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date, but you’ll receive tracking where available.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number (if provided by the carrier)

  • A link to check the status of your shipment

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the label is created.

6. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

If you realize there is a mistake in your address, contact us immediately at sales@aureliamastectomybra.com. We’ll do our best to update it if your order has not yet been shipped.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We understand how important your order is. If your package appears to be:

Lost or severely delayed
  • First, check the tracking information provided.

  • If the carrier shows no updates for an extended period, contact us and we will help investigate.

  • Please note: once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our direct control.

Damaged on arrival
  • If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

    • Take clear photos of the packaging and product, and

    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@aureliamastectomybra.com with your order number and photos.

We will review the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution, in line with our Non-Refundable Purchase Policy.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for non-Canadian orders)

For orders shipped outside Canada:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees, which are charged once a shipment reaches your country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost on our website.

  • Customs policies vary by country; please contact your local customs office for more information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

9. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, unclaimed at the post office, refusal to pay duties, etc.):

  • We will contact you using the email provided to discuss reshipment.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

  • In line with our non-refundable policy, if you choose not to have the order resent, the original order may not be eligible for a refund.

10. Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order:

Once an order is in processing or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products and our all sales are final policy.
